Our day trips/holidays are open to all Wendover u3a members and priority is given to them before any member of a different u3a who would initially be added to a waiting list.

• Bookings can only be taken electronically after the main meeting launch:
• After the electronic booking form/receipt has been dispatched by the Travel Team your place will be reserved for 7 days (for the receipt of your cheque).
Day trips and holidays run by our Travel Team volunteers are for the enjoyment and education of all members.
A varied programme is planned during the year, well in advance (holidays up to one year) and three months’ notice of a day trip is usually given.
Day trips are mostly by coach with varying journey times (on average 90 minutes).
Payment is either by card or cheque to Wendover u3a. A receipt with full joining instructions (within Wendover or Bedgrove/Elm Farm area) and an itinerary is given.
We seek competitive prices for our travel and arrange for group reductions at venues.
Any discount is shared between the group for the day/trip holiday and no personal discount is received by any member of the Travel Team.
