Cost:	There is a charge for this activity of £5.00 per session, payable in advance to the instructor.

Chair Yoga is a gentle, accessible form of yoga that can be practised while seated, offering benefits like improved flexibility, strength, balance, and reduced stress, making it suitable for people of all ages and abilities, especially seniors and those with limited mobility. Each 45 minute weekly class is led by a qualified instructor and people can choose to come on a Monday or Wednesday morning.

Monday Class now at capacity.  Wednesdays currently have availability. There is the flexibility to attend on the alternate day if any week you can’t make the one you signed up for.

We are also considering a second Monday Class 9.30 – 10.15.
