In the event of any incident where a member of Wendover u3a has been injured, or property has been damaged, it must be reported immediately to the Wendover u3a Secretary (secretary@wendoveru3a.org.uk), or another member of the committee.

A form will then be completed by a member of the committee, or by a group convenor, and submitted to the Third Age Trust. All incidents are reported to the insurers, regardless of whether there is a claim or not.
